Not unless you'd like to spend money on a lawyer to review the contract documents. Otherwise, there is no cost to you now, or in the future. We will pay for the chargers, installation, charger maintenance, and electricity.
We will charge a small fee for the use of the chargers, so in the long run we are hoping to eventually generate revenue.
To start with, a property access agreement is needed. The most common method is an easement agreement allowing the installation and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure on the property. Then when that agreement is finalized, the site owner/representative, NK Environmental, and the EV charging equipment manufacturer have to sign a separate contract - essentially acknowledging the equipment will be installed on the property and that the parking spaces in front of the chargers will be maintained and kept accessible.
Electric vehicles are becoming more common, and as that trend continues your customers will increasingly desire to have chargers available onsite. By partnering with NK Environmental you will have reliable chargers available to your customers at no cost to you. This should increase demand for your business. We will also ensure that the chargers are listed online so that EV drivers can readily find the chargers and your business.
Absolutely! NK Environmental is very flexible and will make every attempt to come to an agreement that is mutually agreeable.
Absolutely! We will monitor charger usage and add more chargers when there is demand.
This will vary by location, but the minimum number of chargers is six.
A minimum of three NACS and three J1772 charging connectors will be used (six total). If more than six total chargers are installed the ratio will vary depending on demand and site specific requirements. NACS and J1772 are the two standard EV charging connectors in North America.
